最高法院对大学申请肤色的判决

最新新闻：最高法院今天上午以6:3的投票表决：判定以肤色比例决定高中生高中生大学入学，而不是根据孩子的才能和努力，是违背宪法第十四修正案：平等保护法案。
在200多页的书面意见中，大法官John Roberts表达了如下观点：

"Or a benefit to a student whose heritage or culture motivated him or her to assume a leadership role or attain a particular goal must be tied to that student's unique ability to contribute to the university. In other words, the student must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual-not on the basis of race, the opinion reads.
"Many universities have for too long done just the opposite. And in doing so, they have concluded, wrongly, that the touchstone of an individual's identity is not challenges bested, skills built, or lessons learned but the color of their skin. Our constitutional history does not tolerate that choice,"

最近几年，接触到多位朋友孩子申请大学所遇到的困难。这几个小孩，大都成绩极好， 成绩排名很高，SAT成绩近满分，essay也不错，但往往进不了自己的梦想中的学校。因为他们都是小中男。极端的例子，是我接触过的一个男孩，各方面都极出色，实验能力、组织能力都很出色，仍然免不了被挤下去的命运。极左的大学，包括常青藤盟校们，完全没有意识到这也是极端的种族歧视。

Babylon Bee讽刺说：众议员AOC认为：”极右的最高法院基于禁止种族歧视而禁止了反种族歧视。没有姆们，少数族裔一文不值。他们靠啥能混下去？今天是米国悲哀的日子。” 同时有专家预言，这一判决将允许大学录取不再由孩子们的肤色，而是申请者的努力和成绩决定。终于实现了马丁路德的梦想。专家同时预言：到2025年，全米的大学生全部是亚裔。哈哈哈哈。

"By banning racism, the extremist right-wing Supreme Court has banned anti-racism," said Congresswoman AOC. "This will greatly hinder our ability to tinker with human behavior until everything looks like like we think it should in our infinitely wise minds. Minorities are NOTHING without us! How will they survive? This is a tragic day for America."
Experts say that this move will allow people to go to college based on their hard work and merit, rather than their skin color, finally realizing MLK's dream. They also estimated that by 2025 all college students in the country will be Asian.

多么不可思议的扭曲的经过。尽管大学不是人生的全部，可是在大学录取上的政策波及价值观念和社会公义。也是基本的对宪法保障人权的尊重和服从。
