How Low Is The Limit of Reading for P.P. Supposed To Be?

Is the capacity of reading easy classics? Is the capacity of reading the college class of philosophy textbooks? Is the capacity of reading high school textbooks? Or is the capacity of reading grade school textbooks? Which one is the low limit that should be set as proper for a professional philosopher to read with confidence?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have never seen any other profession to define an absolute ceiling for their professional aspiration. But Professional Philosophers do! They define an OBSCURE ceiling as their reading capacity and blame the authors as writing in obscurity for anything difficult for them to comprehend or even apprehend.
Apparently they seem to have the validity of doing so since some authors sometimes did write useless and misleading stuff in difficult styles. But nowadays professional philosophers do not use those examples as sad lessons as professionals in other professions would do with their failures; instead, nowadays professional philosophers use those failures as the evidence that there is NO meaningful but difficult logic in the world at all and thus people should never write difficult text at all. They even sophistically use renowned scientists like Einstein and Feynman as examples that people should always write things as easy as everyone else can understand, despite none of them or at least not many of them can understand the "simple" explanations Einstein and Feynman made about the problems in physics!
They just seem to forget who they are, forget that they are the ones who are supposed to understand the difficult readings like Einstein and Feynman understand the difficult physics and explain them to others! They forget why they are even needed as professionals in this world!!!!!!
If scientists, surgeons, soldiers, cab drivers, athletes, dancers, programmers, even politicians, people of any profession, failed a task because of their incapability to do what their profession is supposed to do, they would feel sad, bad, horrible......BUT professional philosophers do NOT seem to have this feeling when they failed to read meaningful but difficult texts! The whole world is supposing that the professional philosophers are good at reading philosophy works, but they are not, and they don't tell others this general truth openly and loudly....
Instead, when they failed reading difficult books, they would berate the writers (or even curse the writers) loudly for not writing easily....
