GT has Chinese program which is 5 year in US and then go back to China. Big

KPMG has round trip program, work in US for two years and in Shanghai for
another two years and then decide where to stay for the rest.
Honestly I think when you go back to Shanghai they do not intend to take you
back, because their China offices need well trained professionals from U.S.
. Usually people stay in big-4 for 3-4 years, then go to a corperation
unless one get chance to be manager / senior manager then partner. But when
one go back to China, he or she must has higher chance to be pro

It's definitely much easier to make partner in China firm consider the need
for all the potential USIPOs and foreign private issuers in the market, but
you have to accept the fact that that's not equivalent to make partner in
the US firms, not just from the pay prospective.
