JD > LLM > ACCT Lawyers are always better bean counters.. CPA in USA is at the bottom , boring and easy to obtain. Just 2 different worlds, in a nutshell.
I think taxation is a good way to go too. But not sure if CPA-TAX LLM-BAR would be a good path for a tax attorney? It is easier for accounting major to get a job, but once you worked in legal area, it really doesn't feel good to work as an accountant.:( I am thinking to switch back through that path.
