Laywer wanted me to provide experience letter to mention that I have some
prior working experience related to my current job.
But I only took one course related. The reason that I got hired because of
the whole package that I can provide not just one single skills. What should
I do? Just providing the transcript is enough?
How important the experience letter is?

今天早上很清晰地听见小babe喊了一声“爸爸”。看来小babe也知道爸爸很喜欢他。

小弟来湾区工作两年，一直在某著名养老公司干活，最近拿到个微软的onsite，在
redmond 那边，职位涉及的东西还蛮感兴趣，主要涉及图像，计算机视觉之类的，看职
位介绍是原来 开发Kinect的组。 但是感觉近几年M家 一直走下坡路的感觉，也认识几
个从M家跑到湾区来的，小弟现在H1B身份刚一年多，就怕公司动荡到时候又有什么变数
（比如被裁了。。。）。养老公司固然好，不过就想趁着年纪轻，多积攒点经历。想听
听大家的看法，当然offer还没谱的事，只是想先多方面考虑考虑。

我和朋友从餐馆出来，倒车时不小心碰到一辆停在餐馆门口的车的前门，车里没有人，
而且没有停在parking lot里，只是停在门口mail box 前了，车主（韩国人）在餐馆里
打包食物。等车主出来后，跟她说明了情况，她问了一下餐馆服务人员后，报了警，女
警来后给我开了罚单，还得扣分，而且说这种情况可以不叫警察。但要是上庭的话要我
、车主、警察都出庭。
请问一下各位高手：我要上庭不，胜算会有多大？谢谢！

Software Engineer 不知道要求，他家的researcher岗位竞争还是蛮激烈的吧，没个几
篇cvpr的很难，所以招进去的牛人应该也是一把把的。

看lz的描述不像是researcher，应该就是engineer吧
微软行不行就看这今年了
如果夏天放出的Holelens，Windows10和Surface Pro 4表现还不错的话就还有戏。

东京的免税店会问你的航班号，如果是美国的航空公司不行，如果是日本或中国的航空
公司可以。
