家里的黄瓜苗一直没啥精神，看着病殃殃的，我觉得是potting mix存不住水，今天就
把土倒出来看看，结果发现盆里长了很多不明植物的根，还很长，在花盆下半部密密麻
麻的全都是，这得吸多少养分和水啊？我的黄瓜苗的根细细的，都没有它们长得壮。真
是气死了。
谁知道这是啥东东的根啊？是草吗？不是说potting mix里面应该把杂草都去掉了吗？
怎么还这么多乱七八糟的东西？
把土倒出来看看，结果发现盆里长了很多不明植物的根，还很长，在花盆下半部密密麻

并约了电话面了一次，面完之后给我很好的反馈，邀请我过去访问，并且把project的
proposal发给我看了，所以个人感觉好像只要我愿意去，他就会要我了 (当然也可能是我一厢情愿:P)。很想先有个offer在手心里有底，但同时又想试试看其他机会，不知道这种情况怎么把握好一点？

一定要仔细看proposal和对方以前paper，主动提问题，主动提建议就是你可能的贡献
，表现一定要积极，表示很想做这个课题，offer基本就能到手。同时考虑其他可能的
offer，但不要给对方表现出来。
