一张罚单上两条：
1. stop sign 没停牢 22450a
2. 保险没带 16028a
刚写了个CVC 40519(b) Written Not Guilty Plea
只提了下I hereby waive arraignment pursuant to Section 40519(b) of the
California Vehicle Code and plead Not Guilty to violating CVC 22450(a).
I request a Trial by Written Declaration pursuant to CVC 40902. I have
enclosed a check for bail as required.
是不是提22450(a)的时候应该顺带把16028(a)也提上？

２，通常会被拿掉。提供保险就是了，别说没带，就说当时没找到。
