What model of the car you have?
I don't think there's any opening under the car that you can work with for
brake fluid. There's a master Cylinder that have the bulk of the brake fluid
. You just need to replace this small amount of fluid for a simple fluid
refresh.
If you want to do more, Yes, you'll need to take out all the tires and do
the brake fluid 'bleeding' to replace the fluid in the brake system
completely.
