The employer can be held vicariously liable for the damage if the car was
being driven for business purposes.
But the driver is also on the hook. You can always take out umbrella
insurance to add another layer of protection.

要出事的时候留个心，避开人，挑大车（比如卡车）撞，300k肯定不会超过的。

一般公司和租车公司的合同对各个数字是定死的不能更改。
所以个人没什么可选的。
