还一个问题，好像捐款什么可以在itemized里面算，如果选择standard就不能扣除捐款

Because U of Calgary is not good ENOUGH. Imagine if Stanford did exactly the
same thing as U of Calgary did,
do you believe that Stanford will be thrown off the list. Then again,
Stanford would not be so stupid to do as U

Because U of Calgary is not good ENOUGH. Imagine if Stanford did exactly the
same thing as U of Calgary did,

如果你收入高，而且在高州税的州，很多时候itemize好，因为可以deduct州税。
无论如何所有人都应该算itemized deductions的。不算就永远不知道可不可以省钱。

Lots of community colleges are in the list, but UC Merced is not, probably because the latter is new and hence is not in the sources used by the Education Ministry.

And to make the list more suitable for its stated objective (为帮助自费出国
留学人员正确选择国外学习学校), I do suggest to separate those two-year
community colleges from four-year colleges. At least those community
colleges should be clearly marked.

I think it is a great idea. Your suggestion was actually under consideration

refine the list. One thing is certain, more changes are on the way.

应该如法炮制，取消对香港大学的学历的承认。
同时中联部资助港大的大陆发考题们搞分裂，独立出一个香港人民大学来，天天找些左
派学生和港英余孽打架斗殴。
不出两年，香港反华洋奴外F的精神堡垒就给破了。
我党只需出个2000万刀，我可以搞个startup把这事儿给搞定。

the RAE 2008, but it is...
