8月1日收到补充材料后说要2-3周搞定，
8月19日收到邮件说8月9日开始10-20天给消息
上周加急后今天拒绝你们猜说什么？？？
“When a Request for Initial Evidence is required, the 90-day time period
for processing your application or petition ends. A new 90-day period will
begin after USCIS receives your response to the Request for Initial Evidence
.”

The PVDF WB membrane was first probed with several different antibodies and
stripped between each probing, then it was stored in TBST. Yesterday, I
tried to probe for another target protein, seems like this old membrane dose
not work any more even if I probed with the antibody that worked on this
membrane. Any suggestions for this situation? Thanks.

太恶了为什么会这样啊
为什么我们International Center说收到RFE会立刻处理啊她还接手过不少case呢
我觉得还是让ISO的人帮你问吧可能会好一点
我今天才寄出去package 希望能早点approve啊共勉
你是CSC还是VSC?

I suggest you don't bother.
It is likely all the protein on the surface have been degraded due to
bacterial activity and other factors.
Well, however, if you are really, really,really desperate, you can try this:
wet the membrane in methanol for 5 minutes, then wash by PBS three times.
Then maybe you can try again.
Remember: if you want to keep a membrane for a long time, always dry it, and
then store at -20oC

能一直干这事儿的必然是VTC了，mm我看你好歹还有个26号可盼，不如琢磨下去别的地
方把。我们这是AD，io的人也是比较不情愿的帮忙加急的，因为算是没有正当理由。
我就想不明白了，到底坐在我们材料面前的人是个什么人。

但是现在我们international center的adviser对COS还是很有信心的
甚至觉得他们会9月6号之前批准如果这样我就皆大欢喜了
不过我还有个option就是9月26号之后批准的话 defer到winter term开始因为我是MS
第二年了没有很多core要选了
她觉得回国签风险蛮大的而且我第一次来美国被check过如果check一个月
9月26号肯定是错过了

Also, if you have to do this, you need to use the most sensitive detection
reagent,
such as the Western Femto detection kit from Pierce Chemical

是这样的我之前已经上了一年然后停了一年然后我今年想重新在上一年毕业找工作
所以因为我还要继续第二年的学习就没有必要一定从fall开始因为我已经没有什么
core要选了没有pre-requisite 可以从winter开始
她的意思是说如果9月26号之后批下来 Fall肯定start就不行了那就Winter一个学期
再Fall一个学期今年fall肯定不算啊但是也比明年fall要好一点
而且这样我就不会没有身份因为是legal的叫F-1 pending...
所以我可以合法呆在美国但是不能工作也不能international travel

是的，我们就是收到这个邮件，但是最大不同是，我们是VT center的，it makes
everything different with those super lazy bones.
今天就是注册的截止日，我们每天发一封信求vt view我们的case。
我们的case已经“under review”了31天了，不报任何希望了，defer到春季，打算直
接在那边跟老板干着起码能缩短做thesis的时间。
CA center应该比VT好很多，祝你好运！

我也要求补材料了，补材料是因为IO帮我加急说我有奖学金，然后当天收到邮件说要
求补材料，等了几天收到mail说是补一个新的I20，上面要有奖学金那一栏，因为第一
次寄I20的时候我没有奖学金。22号VT收到我的补充材料的，我补充材料里还有我IO写
的加急信说必须得9月1号前批下来，要不然就不能有奖学金了。我还一起寄了一个
fedex的预付费的信封，是想他们批了寄fedex回来的。可是到现在还没消息~ 这周一我
又打电话加急，被deny。 The petition or application will be processed within
the normal processing time here at the Center.
早知道不让IO帮我加急了，要是不加急按正常流程估计已经批了，呜呜呜~
