这两个哪个比较好？有人用过吗？这两个rate差不多，都是1.3%左右。。。

Can anyone please share a protocol for staining cell culture? And which
antibody to use?
I've tried several times but the background is very high. I can see staining
even without added BrdU :(

we use an antibody from roche. Because that antibody is mouse anti-mouse, so
we use MOM kit for staining. It's perfect!
