学机械的博士毕业后进公司，一般的职业生涯会是什么样子？是不是一般到Sr.
Engineer就完事了？做manager的比例有多少？
机械的起薪不高，不知道那些有10年20年工作经验工程师们的工资大概多少？做
manager的比一般的工程师的工资要高多少？

我觉得签证官没那么多时间看，写了个简短的，就说他们来观光以及参加毕业典礼。
但是看了板上很多邀请信都写的很详细，还很煽情，邀请信要这样写么？

看上去性价比不错，速度如何，bt和emule好用吗？是不是比router做的nas要好？

I am doing a knockin project. I have done constructs which contain Neo and
HSV-TK for selection in ES cells.
How do I know Neo and HSV-TK in my plasmid work? Specificly,
Do Neo and HSV-TK genes in my plasmids express their proteins in E.Coli? I
tested in this way: grow 4 tubes
of E.Coli, when adding G418, E.Coli can't grow; When adding gancyclovir, E.
Cori grow well. That means Neo
and HSV-TK genes of my plasmids don't express in E.Coli, right? Then why
do Neo and HSV-TK express in
ES cells? I am not sure now. I am treating ES cells with G418 and
gancyclovir.
The sequence of Neo and HSV-TK is right.

顶一下，nsa210 $70左右，一个internal bay, 可以另外外挂３个，可以bt和emule,
full load 功耗25W,值得买吗？

I know a manager in Siemens is a Ph.d in ME. He lived a good life and
always travel first class. But he is 50 years old and started in early
1990s. He said ME is not as good as it used to be.

ES is eu while bacteria is pro...they use different promoter systems...If it
is a confirmed vector, you don't have to worry about the issues...or you
just need to sequence to confirm...if I am not mistaking, you are too wary.

promoter不一样。测序可以，把几个接头的地方测一下OK就直接转ES了

我的是一页。
基本是一段介绍我自己，经济能力。一段说他们来的安排，详细到星期吧。一段说他
们会回去。

这么多啊？我只写了一段，他们来参加毕业典礼，另外去几个城市逛逛，然后回去。

Then why do you need to write a letter? Remember this is a letter to the VO.
You can briefly explain your parents' situation, and try to give the VO an
impression that your parents have every reason to return to China.
