I am also doing in situ with DIG probe. None of the probes from my designs
show any signal while other probes from other lab works very well as
positive control. Do you have any suggestion for probe design?
The mRNA is 1.5kb. I desgined three probes, full length, C-terminal half (
700bp), and N terminal half (700bp).

你可以试试invitrogen fish的kit，很好用
