如果想从epigenomics的角度来研究human ips和es的不同，是不是很难？
问过一个教授，他说，要做人的话，必须ips和es来自于同一个人，这样才能排除
genomic DNA的variation，但这是不可能的，人取了es就不可能有ips了。
所以他说只能做mouse的stem cell。找同一strain的mouse，去es，再用somatic 诱导
出ips，这样比较他们的不同才有意义。
大家说说看，这种说法对吗？

我当时的想法是建一个es系、挑单克隆出来一半存了，
另一半诱导分化成终末分化细胞然后再ips
不过中间还有好几个技术问题
而且epigenome variation必然很大。。

分化之后，好多ES细胞很难去干净

what are you thinking? from the way you asked, I am not sure you would want(
you are not ready, I mean, sorry) to jump into this hole/compitition...BTW,
tons of people are doing/thinking this kind of stuff if you are thinking of
what I am referring to here...I am not sure there is any valid approach,
nor valid significance...and then future continuation?

我是做bioinfo的，也没想跳这个领域，只是在做数据分析的时候，跟做这个方向的教
授聊过，很好奇就上来问问。

english...BTW, I take no shame on my English no matter how you folks bash
me...I would have no time to do any experiments if I had to water either in
Chinese like Sunny or perfect English like Dr. Biologist...I am just
nevertthink and I don't care...this would be a first time and hopefully a

a little suggestion, try to use less "would" or ..., coz, you talk like that

this is virtually no brain research in the field, check this history of
nuclear cloning, that's exactly what has happened there---Cool, equvilent of
ES---ops--they are different... Those studies are more for publications and
news as far as I am concerned...I don't mean they have no values though...

there was too come out the same time I believe...both from harvard? and
there was tons of news too, i don't know for what? the same old stories on
news again, or what? many experts were praising its a big deal too but do
they really buy that? they know better than that at least from the nuclear
cloning lessons...
