找了一段时间工作，现在快要拿到一个很好的offer，已经reference check了，但是hr
希望我能立刻上班，但是我尚未毕业，而且学校也不肯办CPT,没办法做intern,现在能
不能找一所愿意办CPT的学校transfer？这个办法可行吗？还有没有更好的解决办法？

现在assessed value比评估价appraisal value多了2万多，想申诉。有人有经验吗？怎
样申诉才能更有把握成功?

刚到一个新的实验室，这个实验室里就我一个人和一个技术员，老板很少管，所以出
现了很多问题。我们用的是 7500 Real-time PCR定量系统。可是由于先前的电脑有问
题，报废后我重新安装软件，发现需要做个 ROI校正，不然程序就没有办法跑。但这个
是专门的试剂盒，需要差不多900美元。老板估计不愿意。我听说可以从别处拷贝一
个定量程序，然后就不需校正这一步了，是这样吗？有没有人遇到过这个问题？
有别的办法吗？由于样品很敏感，这个实验没法拖太久了，有些着急。
虽然问题看起来很无聊，但逼急了，咳。有人好心相告的话，我仅有的几个金币送了
吧

把appraisal report和closing文件送到county，舌战群儒，据理力争。现在county都
穷疯了，不一定买账。

Why bother?
On one hand, you may pay the same amount $ for the income tax to the
property tax saved from lower assessment value. Not mention the potential
benefit that $ may lower your tax bracket for your income tax.
On the other hand, you may be in a better position if you plan to sell your
house in the coming years with higher assessment value to negotiate with
buyers.
My two cents, It all depends on your own situation...

我们这不行。说估价是按2008年初的价格，5年不动。不让谁经济变化动。
