我看幾個地方都說……
保險是針對房子重修的价格，不是針對房子的售價，而且要把地皮的价格刨出。
（这样自然会节省保险费）
问题是，实际上大部分情况下就只有一个房子价格、房子年限、往年交税的情况
怎么知道房子重修的价格，或者是地皮的价格之类的呢？
还是大概有个估算公式，或者行业规矩

虽然这只是第一个，还是黑人，女性，LGBT的少数人群。但是感觉漫威是想真的把这个
元素融入到自己的创作之中。虽然在漫画里还是有其他的角色有这些的。但是电源荧幕
上的这个肯定是个大事，也是第一次的这种，应该算是给自己创造一个新的话题，以及
创造新的发展方式的。感觉这么做还挺好的。
而且要是漫威这个做好了。DC可是有菠萝午夜这种CP感觉十足的一对儿的感觉在上面呢
。说真的漫威其实在这个问题的造诣上还不如DC走的多呢，所以说DC总是先做了很多的
测试，但是自己都没拿出来用，白白浪费了自己的这个造梦的能力了。说真的漫威是真
的能有效的抓住客户心态也是真的没问题的啊。
所以说有好玩意去看DC，有新的东西真的能事实的看漫威。其实其他的东西也大多其他
的公司走的快。

大家都遇到过麽，都是咋处理的？
貌似LENOVO的论坛上抱怨很多，而且LENOVO貌似不太愿意把这个常见问题算在warranty内

请问Dev Cell和Current Biology可不可以cosubmission，看上去文章的结构不是很类
似。
另外请问一下Mol Cell和Dev Cell侧重点有什么大的区别吗？这两个也可以co-
submission吗？不知道我的文章更接近哪个杂志的风格。我的文章大体上是证明一个蛋
白负调控另一个比较热门的tumor suppressor（之前没有报道过）。我先在线虫里面证
明，然后延伸到cancer cell line里面也是一致。

replacement cost should be in the appraisal.
or they can calculate based on your style and sq ft.

"guys.. i had this same problem (I own a G570). flip your laptop upside down
and look for the screw underneath the hinge. Mine fell out and started to
lift the case. All you need to do is tighten them once every few months
since they loosen easily. ...."

大家都遇到过麽，都是咋处理的？
貌似LENOVO的论坛上抱怨很多，而且LENOVO貌似不太愿意把这个常见问题算在warranty内

The first question's answer definitely is NO because we had the experience.
Normally, co-submit is Cell with Cell sister journals, otherwise if both
accept your ms, whoever you pick, one will feel depressed :)

You may register more than one Card for this offer, but only those Cards you

我的更适合dev cell还是mol cell呢？我的工作量不大，不是那种海量的数据，但结论

如果行的话，理论上2/28/12前可以至少使用两张不同的卡autopay，然后拿到至少2*$

check with SD
u would find a lot of Amex promotions really targeted, if it already said
targeted.
U could certainly try, it won't do any harm to u even it turns out not
working except one (u might miss the next potential same offer that is
targeted for you)
I remember some guys already discussed about the automatic verification
system Amex is using in terms of the promo...
That is, if u r the targeted, ur name/card # already in a specific database
and once u r done with the requirements, u will be offered the credit
automatically. In some circumstances, the auto system has a glitch, and if u
r targeted but not credited, u could call Amex and talk to a rep to get the
credit...
But if u r not targeted, the auto system will not credit u and the rep won't
credit you since u r not targeted
Bottom line, u could try, but dont give hope
