学佛很长时间了，为什么还会生病？——请问，索达吉堪布
发问
有些佛教徒，遇到违缘时特别烦恼，他们会问，学佛很长时间了，为什么还生病？
索达吉堪布：这种想法听起来有点天真。佛陀并没有说只要学佛就平平安安，永远不会
生病。轮回的真相就是生老病死，是痛苦的本性，谁都要经历。尤其我们人类还有八大
痛苦，每个人的身上都会出现。并不是学了佛以后，就不会遇到痛苦。
发问
我身边的朋友时不时会有去世、得绝症等各种各样不好的消息，请问如何看待这些事情？
索达吉堪布：佛教里讲，生老病死是非常正常的现象，世界上的所有众生，有生就会有
死，只是死的方法不同而已。
大家可以多了解一下轮回的本性。若能懂得这一点，亲友和朋友去世，自己虽然会难过
，但不觉得是什么不幸，因为这一条路人人都要走。
发问
我以前就会觉得，像堪布这种高僧大德，怎么也会生病？
索达吉堪布：像我这样的人，会生病就不用说了。包括我认识的一些高僧大德，像法王
如意宝、阿秋法王，他们也会因生病住院，虽然他们的智慧已超越了生死，但显现上还
是有这个假合的肉身，所以，生病是很自然的现象。
发问
一些刚接触佛教的人会觉得，他们是活佛，怎么可能有生老病死啊，应该永远活着才对。
索达吉堪布：有这个想法情有可原。因为他们对高僧大德有一种神奇的幻想，觉得他们
是神、是天人，可以长生不老。但佛教告诉我们，即便是佛陀，他的身体也有生有死。
所以，不管是哪个高僧大德示现圆寂，都是很正常的事。

貌似手写输入可以随意写多个字了
默认中文字体貌似更纤细了
其他的还在体验中
之前的一些UI元素确实太承重我不喜欢，比如弹出的警告框，以及从下面弹出来的选项
，两个都是深紫色。现在的清爽多了

大家好，很快就面试了，有点紧张，两个月前找博士后，联系了一个boston的老板，
MD， director，在领域内算是比较牛的了，email发过去不到半个小时就回了，说叫我过去
onsite，但是他很忙，两个月后（5月底）才有空，同时CC他的秘书叫她帮我安排面
试时间和机票等。并且要了推荐信。
最近看了一些他领域的文章，发现对他的实验室很是感兴趣，而且也想了一个自己觉得
不错的和他实验室相关的project，并且想用这个project写个proposal去申请一个
fellowship，所以我想把这个proposal在面试的前两天发给他，并且说明如果能去他
实验室的话想用这个申请fellowship，大家觉得这样好不好呢？
那个fellowship的截至日期是7月份，而且是针对马上或者刚刚毕业的学生的。
给onsite是不是希望就比较大了啊，感觉他就是扫了一眼我的CV然后就叫onsite了，
也不知道他是不是叫好几个人onsite一个职位，如果是这样的话竞争就大了。
很希望能拿到这个offer，所以想在面试之前通过写个proposal来说明对他实验室的兴
趣以及想法等，这样会不会画蛇添足啊。

Postdoc is just a graduated student. You are still looked as a student.
You don't need to be that worry.Especially in a big lab.

谢谢您的回复，大实验室的PI更期望薄厚能独立思考，写作和解决问题，所以我想写
个proposal可能可以表现一点我这方面的能力，不过就担心画蛇添足啊

自节肢动物始，消化道必有两端，一为进食，一为排泄。只有一个口的，那是腔肠动物
，用time division multiplexing，错开进食排泄时间。

I would probably save the fellowship idea to the onsite --- even if you send
him emails now he most likely won't have time to read it carefully. You can
discuss the idea with him when you two have a one-on-one, and if things
went well, you can then send a summary of the proposal to him as a follow-up
after the interview, which may help reinforce the good impression you made
during the onsite.
Another thing is that depending on the style of the PI, he may have specific
projects in mind for you already, which is another reason why it's good to
discuss your proposal idea in person, so that you can take his temperature
first before putting yourself out there.
