我就是用lentivirus包装的方法
然后感染，感觉work
不过没听说怎么做的，除了在版好像见过一次
就去试了下

不同病毒包装的质粒用的是不一样的
通常，retro的不能用于lenti
但是，没有试验过

很久很久以前我问过这个问题，当时的回答是：
能包进去，但是效率不会高。

western跟pLM letivirus的带我gene的vector比
感觉两个的条带差不多呢

I doubt you have done the readings...In short, yes and no...For some, the
lenti packging can be used for Retro(pbabe). So for dividing cells, doesn't
matter much for the infection/integration; However, for non-dividing cells,
presumably no big difference with infection but a huge difference with
integration step(nuclear entry step--which is essentially the key difference
between the two)...So essentially western doesn't tell you much here...
unless they stablize.
BTW, contrast to the common belief, retroviral can infect non-dividing cells
for sure but in general at much lower efficiency but with high titer virus,
one still get tons...As a field, this is something (intentionally?)
unspoken but really it could potentially be a huge caveat for certain
experimentations... So always keep being critical and don't easily believe
into something before careful/thorough examinations...

下次做个IF看看infeciton的效率
