10月10日收到Decision on manuscript xxxxxxx:
Your manuscript entitled "xxxx" has now been seen by 3 referees. You will
see from their comments below that while they find your work of interest,
some important points are raised. We are interested in the possibility of
publishing your study in Nature Communications, but would like to consider
your response to these concerns in the form of a revised manuscript before
we make a final decision on publication. My apologies for the delay in
reaching a decision on your manuscript. We have been in contact with
reviewers 1 and 3 for further feedback before making a decision.
Please not that we were unable to obtain feedback from reviewer 2 and

请问投稿到现在已经一周，状态一直是under consideration，这是不是还没有送审啊
？难不成又要被editor直接拒了？

神经生物方向的。
算了，已经不想了，不行就换投，之前editor建议自动转投cell reports，没同意。不
想老在这个level晃悠。

NC和elife在生物类文章质量上差不多，可能elife会更好点，但是综合来说，NC分高，
拉动分数的都是高citation的化学类和纳米类文章。

生物类的这两个杂志都还行把，感觉领域内挺多不错的牛人都喜欢elife，我薄厚老板
以前也比较喜欢jns，plos g之类的，现在似乎是只要上不了cns或者大子刊neuron，
nature neuron, 就一律考虑elife。
悲催的是，paper已经被nc拒了。。我都要怀疑自己搞得东西到底是不是真的很没有意
义。。。手里有另外一个elife在revise，所以想换一个，唉，被拒的麻木鸟。。

继续汇报。第二次修改和回答审稿人问题（就一个审稿人提了一个比较重要的问题），
然后我们修改后于10月23日提交。
投稿系统显示送给审稿人10天左右就返给了编辑，结果左等右等也没消息，于是写信问
编辑，今天回信了。看来没啥大问题了，到现在为止，前后折腾了将近10个月。
