前一阵子有另外一个同学也上来问过几乎一模一样的问题，大家七嘴八舌给了
很多不同的建议，不知道他最后是怎么解决的？

They did not say exact the detailed information
Just say that
"Volumes are for 10 cm x 10 cm (100 cm2) of membrane; for different sized
membranes, adjust volumes accordingly."

我们用biorad 4-20梯度，0.2 pvdf，和 biorad那套转膜的叫transblot，跑10kDa以下
的看得挺清楚的。

I agree with that.
I used 4-15% geadient and 0.45um membrane (.2 is better) and tested 7KD
protein without any problem.
