不知道加州的退税 100 mil 什么时候用完。。。。
刚刚看了gov 的网站，有这么一句话不大懂。。。
http://www.ftb.ca.gov/individuals/new_home_credit.shtml
“We are showing 57% of the estimated requested credit since the $100
million cap will only be reduced by 57%
of the credit allocated to the buyer. ”
是说：它的表格显示的数据只是实际收到的退税申请的 57％？
有高人明白的给说说？

Word 2003文档老是在编辑的过程出现“an unknown error occurred”的错误提示，然
后不停地出来无数同样的错误提示窗口，只能强行关掉Word，然后再打开。接着Word能
正常工作一会，但不久又会出同样的毛病。
google了网上的解决办法，清掉了word在注册表里的相关信息，但是仍然没有解决这一
问题。
请教有没有人遇过同样的问题？怎么解决的？thanks

it's for estimation only because many taxpayers will not be able to utilize
the entire tax credit
"For example, if a taxpayer is allocated $10,000 for the New Home Credit,
the $100 million cap for the New Home Credit will only be reduced by $7,000.
If a taxpayer is allocated $10,000 for the First-Time Buyer Credit, the $
100 million cap for the First-Time Buyer Credit will only be reduced by $5,
700. The 70 and 57 percent reductions do not impact the amount that can be
claimed by the taxpayer."
