我以前在版子上贴过:一直在纠结要不要refinance.
今天跟一个mortgage broker聊天，了解到federal government有一个special program
，只要loan amount is less than 105% 房子的value，就可以no PMI refinance。这
样算来，每个月可以节省200块的利息。
听上去还是很吸引人的，但是唯一不爽饿地方是我们必须还清current 2nd mortgage。
这个2nd mortgage home equity line of credit是10% purchase price，虽然现在
balance只有一点了，我们感觉这个就像活期存款，想取就取那种。
想问问大家，有没有必要为了每个月省200块钱的refinance，把这个10%的home equity
line of credit给还了？（our condo value probably dropped 12%~15%。）
急，大家帮忙出出主意啊！谢了先。

有一点建议，现在比较难贷到利息低的Line of credit，我相信您的这个line of
credit的利息应该只有3%左右，或者更低。不过如果您的First Loan是Fannie Mae持有
的，您就可以保留这个Second, 然后再Refinance First Loan.

目前兼容tmobile设备的数据服务只有2.75g的edge,大概200Kbps的速度,
用惯了3g/4g肯定受不了
也就是说,在国内有几乎不能用的数据业务,救急查个邮件勉强可以
