Anyone has use FPLC from Bio-Rad (the Biologic system -- medium pressure,
Duo Flow)? How is it compared to the GE healthcare AKTA FPLCs?
We are thinking to buy one FPLC, either Akta (GE healthcare) or Duo Flow (
Bio-Rad); we have been using Akta, but the repair/maintenance is too high
for Akta.

We just switch from Akta to Duo Flow.Duo Flow is half the price of Akta. If
you have the chance to learn changing the pump, fixing is not a big deal.

都用过,感觉大同小异. AKTA放在冷室里因为湿气的缘故,3-5年里基本必定出各种问题.
