前面那个坑里面老兄有点耿耿于怀，因为老婆年轻的时候40块钱被上一次。结婚的时候
却管他要房要婚
礼。可能是觉得有价格歧视，虽然很多博物馆给学生和老人也都半价/免费的。
如果那个老婆年轻的时候，每次收费高一点，估计他就不会这么介意了。
假设置办房子，婚礼，加起来120万-150万。
30岁结婚，50岁包二奶。
中国经济发展速度每年平均8%（可能有出入。）
20年中夫妻生活平均每周一次。
那么每次收费标准应该是3000元，这样正好值得房子婚礼的价值总和。
所以年轻漂亮女人婚前上床每次收费应该不得少于3000元。
用excel的算法：
=PV(0.0016,1000,3000)

组织中有RFP和GFP，如果要染色就只有选蓝光了，而蓝光很弱，另外如果要做co-
staining就没得选择了。
有没有办法把RFP和GFP的荧光彻底bleach掉，但是不影响后续的staining？
谁给个详尽的protocol，有包子。

如果一周7次，3000/7=428
如果一夜7次，3000/7/7=61

on my hand:
1, Roche mouse mAB
2, lifetech
3, Torrey pinee Rb pAB
4, Aves, ck AB
都有signal，background不太一样。Good luck.

What kind of GFP you used?
The one we use is neutrophils from LysMGFP+/- mice...

这个是可以的
还有就是可以参照一下actin染色的protocol，
里面会有一步通透掉游离actin
PFA固定是不行的
我们做分化的时候就这样留着EGFP
