rt，博士期间只发了一篇10分左右文章，二作三作有一些，手里还有一篇一作没投。但
是老板觉得我不适合做研究了，坚决不给推荐信。问题是工业界什么的也找过了，半点
消息都没有，还有可能找个博后的位置不？国内的也行啊。。。

找同实验室的博后，或资格少老一点的人帮你写。或者关系好的其他实验室的老板。没
有任何问题的。
什么JB老板。以不适合做科研为理由不给写推荐信也太TMD扯啦。有多少人真正的是做
科研，不都是混口饭吃。中国老板？

但是找博后没有直接老板的推荐信，招人的老板也会问吧？一个电话过去，我老板说，
这个学生不适合做研究，我还是要歇菜。。。我老板挺难对付的，前面师兄毕业也是，
本来找了permanant职位，老板打电话去说，这个学生应该做博后，去你们那里屈才了
，就弄黄了，现在师兄还在痛苦排绿卡中。。。国内有没有做病毒蛋白方向的，可以不
要直接老板推荐信的地方啊～～～

如果你愿意国内我可以帮你弄个中科院的助理研究员, 或试一下副研(没有把握), 在美
国广撒网肯定能找到, 但我担心的是你没有老板的推荐要你的估计又一个火坑等着你.

实验室刚毕业的一个博士就没有老板推荐信找到工作了，老板还很惊讶，他们招你博后

工业界貌似不怎么用推荐信，就算要我也不敢跟老板说了，唉唉，目前反正什么消息也
没有。好几个对我简历感兴趣的博后老板都被我老板劝退了。。。

别放弃！ 我的两个老板都说我negative 的话， 我也找到了。第一个是阿三， 他说我
没有impressive him, it was so hard to impressive him unless you gave him the
results he wanted it, this guy published a "nature genetics" paper before I
joined his lab, I asssumed he faked his data because I couldn't repeat the
same result he published, so he didn't agree to publish my data..., another
guy is an american, very funny, but he has a work-wife （二奶） in the lab,
behave as his real wife, very messy. I had been working with him for 5 years
, published 3 first author paper and two co-author' paper, after having a
big fight with his work wife, I quit his lab..., he told my employer- to -be
that I worked hard but, had a bad ending in his lab.
