现在手头有很多paper要看，我想把文献里面提到的基因全部找出来，请问有没有工具
可以做到这一点， 有的话请推荐！ 这些文献在现在是pdf格式，当然我也能转成其他
格式的。

Find a gene name dictionary and write a simple program is probably the best
way to do it. Those "de novo" gene tagging tools are not very accurate.

guess lz's problem is his large paper set? someone needs to do the tagging,
lz or a tool...

yes, my problem is that i have almost several hundreds of papers focused on
my area. so you may image there should be lots of genes. what i'm trying to
do is to get a list of all these genes. or you can say i'm trying to get
this gene name dictionary.
