universal health care or we toss people out of hospital (not even stabilize
them) if they don't have insurance.

知道什么是Bescheinigung – Sozialversicherung DEUEV
就是每年年底公司除了工资单，还会给你另外两个文件
其中一个就是它，不过我收到的只是叫Bescheinigung – Sozialversicherung，文件
的背面注释有很多DEUEV，不知道什么意思
实际就是一些你本年交社会保险的信息，比如你的账号，姓名，你的医疗保险机构名称
，还有最重要的是你全年的工资总收入。估计就是用这个来算你交了多少养老保险吧
还有另外一个文件，详细地说明了你交了多少养老保险，公司为你交了多少，忘了叫什
么名字了

补充一点，所说的连续工作5年其实不够准确，应该是缴纳法定社保60个月，就算当学
生每年打3个月的工交的法定社保也算在内，因为大部分留德工作的人先前当学生时都
打过交法定社保的工，所以算下来正式工作后就少于5年了。
关于5年（60个月）的说法对德国人来说：我同事刚刚通过Steuerberaterexam，说到他
因为交了法定社保不到60个月，可以去退回已交的法定社保（因为他成了
Steuerberater后，可以享受另一种什么的我没听懂，反正就是换成交另一种社保（非
法定），同样的Beitrag，将来能得到更多的养老金）。我就乘机问了他关于60个月的
说法，得到了如上解释。
但对于中国人彻底回国不再享受德国社保的情况，不知道有没有区别。

Don't assume. You just don't know how the pricing system works. Doctors'
salaries have not increased for many years. And Medicare and insurance
companies do not reimburse doctors the amount they charge.
When budget cut happens like this, everyone should share the pain, research
is not an exception.

The government regulated price system is best practice in Japan. The
problem: Hospitals are going out of business especially small community
clinics. Today, the best health system is still run by the Switzerland (
closer to the current US system and most likely the one US should adopt) and
Taiwan.

Can you introduce the system in Taiwan and Switzerland ? I just look for
Taiwan's system on wiki, there's also a amount control mechanism in
reimbursement.

when they finish residency, and to encourage smart people to get into
medical field, good reimbursement and high standard salary is necessary.

Sure, I'm not familiar with US system, I just hear terrible stories from
friends:)
Then who take the big money? Insurance company? I just felt that the US
health care system is so crappy that neither doctors nor patients are
satisfactory ...It has the low efficiency of public system and high expense
of private system.

matter how much lawyers and patients wanna make money out of it. Second,
insurance company policy should be regulated. They are too greedy. Third,
there should be regulations for terminal disease care spending and ICU
spending, it's too much.

just learn Sweden 75% income tax to own clinical empolyer
