但是这几年的黄轩似乎开始走运了，主演的电视剧“猎人”“翻译官”“芈月传”等电
视剧，形象都鲜明，颇受大家喜欢。很多路转粉，也就是那时候，黄轩的人气高涨起来。
大家喜欢黄轩的主要看中的暖男文艺气质，眼睛似笑非笑的时候，面若桃花，整个人都
充满了仙气，不食人间烟火的感觉。
但是最近这位不食人间烟火的暖男，在微博上开始发布醉酒照片，并且显示出颓废抑郁
的信息。有粉丝心疼黄轩心情不好、借酒消愁；有不喜欢黄轩的，就开始借事抨击，说
公众艺人不该这么放纵自己，大家一起封杀黄轩；吃瓜群众表示事不关己高高挂起，看
个热闹而已。
我是坚决站在黄轩这一边。且不论他是否得了抑郁症，是否沉沦酗酒。但是冲着这属于
个人隐私，我们就不能对黄轩太苛刻。并且人无完人，黄轩属于艺人，属于明星，但是
也属于普通人，也有自己的喜怒哀乐。只要他不做违法违背社会公德的事儿，都是敬重
欣赏的演员。

usually wetland is fine (unlike the flooding zone, you have to pay extra
flood insurance). But you can not touch it or put anything on it since it is
part of conservation. One of my friends have a two acres property half of
which is wetland. It provides good privacy from your neighbors.

是前屋主的的报告里写这个房子在flood plain area or area containing wetland
。
我到现在也没搞清到底是flood area还是wetland area...
刚才给保险公司打了电话，他们居然也不能立即知道是不是一定要买flood insurance,
说要去查才行， 晕。

Don't read too much.
PNAS editors are not professional editors, so they might work at night and
weekend. Also this particular editor could be travelling aboard.

Although it is in a flood zone, the risk profile for this address is
slightly lower due to its close proximity to a non flood zone. In other
words, you are in a flood zone, but are very close to the edge of it. This
address falls inside of a flood zone in a buffered area, defined as an area
within 200 feet of a non flood zone.
A mortgage lender will require you to purchase flood insurance.
