譬如，一些细胞，量大小或长度，select and measure, 怎样保留这个slection的，这
样下一次就知道这个细胞量过了?
我现在就是，量下一个，上一个选择框就自动去除了。

可以保留那个选择框，而不只是label吗，这样我可以知道我选择的是哪一段？

Sure you can. I always use the segmented line tool to measure lengths after
setting the global scale. The line that I drew remains with the figure after
selecting analyze->label. I suppose other tools, such as rectangular tool
may function the same way, you could try it out.

ctrl-t或者edit--》selection--》"add to manager"
可以将当前的roi添加到roi manager对话框里
然后里面可以选择show all
最后可以选择一个roi，点more-save,成单独的.roi文件
或者什么都不选，点more-save，保存所有的roi成zip文件
