我的clip-seq发现我的这个RNA binding protein结合在一处small ncRNA 上，而
Agonaut 也在此处有结合。怎样往下挖掘呢？此small ncRNA不曾被研究，功能一无所
知。

找一堆RNA类似物把这玩意儿block了看phenotype?

clip-seq研究的是此蛋白bind small RNA,这个数据太表象了.......你要做此蛋白还是
做small RNA啊.....还是要做蛋白结合small RNA的function significance....
若此small rna功能都未知,建议先做small rna classification/function, RNAi,
overexpression study function et al...
但你做clip-seq很明显侧重点是你那个RNA binding protein而不是small rna, 如果此
small rna功能都未知,这种superficial binding data不值得深入,........that's my
suggestion...
做small RNA啊.....还是要做蛋白结合small RNA的function significance....
若此small rna功能都未知,建议先做small rna classification/function, RNAi,
overexpression study function et al...

开始是做这个RBP，是个splicing factor,可做了几年都没有大突破，发现这个binding
，想着能不能有些新东西。
