以前都是从申请到close 20几天搞定。这次换了家Guaranteed Rate，花了近2个月，还
是在不停催促下的结果，agent还说现在都是这么慢。各位最近refinance过的说说？是
不是这家Guaranteed Rate 特别慢？

Case by case. Just did one refinance for my client and closed in 15 days. I
cannot believe that and neither do my processor.
However another case took 1 and half month to close. Millions conditions
from the lender to clear.
All of them have excellent credit and income and huge equity in their
property.

I remembered someone post the method for the calculation,
It is not simply by the date.
EB2C still can get a few.

现在整体上是很慢，但是应该开始加快速度了，因为利息涨上去了，所以做Refi的Case
也少了．

的确是慢了很多，大家应该抵制refi

两房买loan慢，导致整条资金链周转慢。。。银行为了loan能顺利卖出去，guidelines
也越来越变态了。

Refinance或快或慢，也有运气的因素在里面。如果碰到勤奋的appraiser，好的银行，
动作快的underwriter，和不复杂的借贷人背景，就有可能很短时间内close。
我们经手的最快的一个，这星期刚close的，只花了2个星期的时间。其中从order
appraisal到appraisal report返回银行，只花了两天时间，其中一天还是周末。
underwriting只花了一天的时间，剩下的时间就是花在等利率、等出loan docs上的。
