我觉得计数器本身得投资相比起之后买tip的钱已经很少了关键是那个tip还总是有坏的
，我们用milipore家的粉红色的那个
当然automatic cell counter本身用起来还是比手动的数要方便很多的

我们用的是Beckman coulter vi-cell，他们提供的装sample的杯子可以reuse，溶液可
以自己配，很方便也很reliable. 唯一不足就是数一个sample要4分钟。但是真的很好
用。数据都能存下来，还可以数完以后re-analyze.
