大家知道MSCV最大可以deliver多大的片段（包括两侧LTR）？查了下MSCV的原始基因组
大概是7-10kb,我们想clone一个5.5kb左右的片段到MSCV-GFP载体里，不知道这个size
是否会影响病毒包装侵染的效率？

5200就够了 cpu性能过剩 你肯定不是买T450打游戏 那么打开网页慢0.1s有区别吗

我也遇到这个问题。搜到wiki上有这句话：

DNA insert in a replication-defective viral vector is usually about 8–10 kB.
但按图索骥到原文献，似乎说的是vector的整体大小10kb是上限。

你是说这段么“A disadvantage of this type of double-copy vector is that the
RNA form of the vector genome contains two copies of the cDNA, and since the
size of the vector RNA is limited to about 10 kb, the size of the cDNA that
can be accommodated is about half of that possible in other retroviral
vectors.”
好像说的是因为retrovirus要搞two copy of RNA，而two copy加起来的总共最多可以
装10kb，所以单个cDNA不能超过5kb?
不知道目前的MSCV-GFP/neo是不是这种double copy vector

precludes vector transmission of large genes, most cDNAs can be accommodated.

MSCV-IRES-GFP 可以表达BCR-ABL p210.
5.5K片段编码的蛋白大概是200KD吧。
