a mutant has been mapped to a gene ~9kb. need to do rescue experiment to
confirm the gene specificity of phenotype. RNA injection apparently not
doable since its easy degradation. DNA injection mosaicism is not penetrated
enough to recover the whole phenotype. any suggestions?
