高端房会跌的较多
中间价位的房子会比较稳定，也要看区
房租会涨
如果房市波动太大，政府会干预
整体对一般的非现金购房者不是好事

房价下跌和利息增加应该会有一个平衡点吧，大家都不蠢。

利率只是影响房价的一个因素。还要考虑整体经济环境，就业率，需求量，通货膨胀等
等。
这个议案去年就提出了，为啥现在开始炒。美国现在经济有复苏的迹象，政府随着经济
回温逐渐抬高利率是必然的。但看看房价，人口密集的大城市的好学区这几年只是象征
性的跌了点。因为刚需在，抗跌能力很强。
所以这对准备贷款买房的人来说可能不一定是好消息。当你还在等谷底的时候，也许好
时机已经悄悄滑过了。
