一个human基因，在 UCSC 数据库中显示没有 5-UTR，直接从ATG开始，而 3-UTR 倒是
挺长的。对于一个真核基因，没有 5-UTR 是不是不太可能。

AA 50K不是常有吧？而且这个要求的条件比较宽松，够不错的了。

数据库中的mRNA数据，很少部分是实验获得的，其中很多不是全长，需要做RACE
更多的是预测出来的，coding region一般没有问题，但是UTR区往往不是全长。
