I think I am going to buy Samsung artiv smart pc pro
among all win8 transformers, I think this one is the most viable.
it has a pen, and a detachable keyboard base, and the screen angle can be
adjusted when docked.
these are important features I think.

找别的实验室要来的f/f小鼠，跟某种cre小鼠杂，得到的子代全部只有wt的条带，没有
mutant的条带，拿最早的要来的f/f小鼠做genotyping也是这个结果。给的protocol写
着wt应该有一条200
多的带，mutant会有100多的带，现在所有样品200多的带扩的很亮，100多的不管什么
样品都没扩出来过。已经优化了不少pcr条件了，但是还不行。我想一定是pcr有问题，
不可能对方给的全是wt啊。
大家有没有什么建议呢？先谢谢了！

mobile i7和i5的差距好像就是L3多了1M缓存，基频和turbo高大概0.1-0.2GHz，所以我
觉得i5已经足够满足绝大多数需求了

cre是整个体细胞cre的？如果是tissue specific的本来尾巴尖就没有mutant啊
