I used qPCR detected two isoforms , both expressing in cell.
What methods can be used to detect the isoforms in protein level.
One isoform is full length and the other is missing some middle parts about
20 AA. There is no antibody available.

LC-MRM targeting that region if you are lucky to get mass spec amenable
peptides from that region.
