再次先谢过版上各位达人。
小弟目前在A公司工作，想换到B公司去。B公司已经递交了H1B transfer petition，通
知我从A公司辞职。
A公司对我很好，知道我是因为家庭原因去B,提出各种条件挽留，怎奈小弟我实在是想
和家人团聚。但是由于在A公司手头有个到明年春天完才能完工的项目，所以A公司提出
希望我到了B公司后，仍然能留在A公司当个consultant到项目完成，因为我是manager.
A公司想保留full time, 而且允许我remote。和我关系很铁的头们也希望我能够拿到本
年的奖金（公司规定要12月31日仍全职在任才行），因为我为这个项目也确实付出很多。
B公司知道后也表示他们没意见，只要我不影响新工作，因为AB基本不算是同一行业。
现在问题是小弟想知道这样同时两份fulltime H1B从移民局的角度来看，合法吗。向周
围的人打听，却众说纷纭。希望版上熟悉此道的兄弟姐妹们不吝赐教法律移民上的可能
问题。小弟要在下周内知会人家。

我觉得应该没关系。
我们公司的consultant也是以前从公司走的，不过他是绿卡，要确定的话得问问律师。
