The record reflects that you actually reviewed one article from XXX. …It
can not be concluded that reviewing one manuscript and judging an
internal competition does not confer extraordinary ability in science
upon you or that you are one of the very few who have risen to the top
of your field.
Reviewing manuscripts is recognized as a professional obligation of
researchers who published themselves in scientific journals. We can not
conclude that you peer review of one manuscript submitted to XXX is
commensurate with sustained national or international acclaim, or being
among that small percentage at the very top of the field of endeavor.

I-140 递交后帮业内5 journals review 了约 20多篇,其中3 journals 引用量业内
top
3 review 约20. 另2journals 共3篇.
现在准备了editor letters from 3 journals. 准备强调journals 业内 top .
短时间 review 很多. 最担心就是这些都是 PD 后的.
大家有啥建议, 谢谢!!!

有没有可以隔着墙都可以检测到火线的？主要想知道墙里的线是怎么走的。

日前，我院普外科实现了SCI论文零的突破。普外刘忠主任医师等的论文《胃癌患者低
表达FERIL4的临床意义研究》在杂志Tumor Biology 上获得发表。Tumor Biology由
Springer集团出版，ISSN号：1010-4283。该杂志2013年度影响因子为2.84分。
近年来，我院重视科研教学工作，医教研并重，普外科医务人员积极响应科教兴院的号
召，在繁忙的临床工作中坚持科学研究并取得成绩。

现在的电笔都是感应式的，墙不厚的话插头附近有可能能测到，当然也不那么靠谱
你要是想靠这个测出墙里线怎么走个人认为无可能

什么医院？我知道有的国内医院一定年资以上的医生如果不申请自然科学基金课题就要
被扣工资的说。

请教老三，我这种情况如何处理？
我有一面墙的插座断电了。估计是某个地方连线松动了。同一个breaker出来的其他地
方都还工作。现在就是想知道火线跑到哪里断了，就把那一点墙敲了重新接好。又不是
孙悟空，看不到墙里面啊。唉。

临床发paper很难吗？一直以为随便收点病人sample测个基因表达就能发了

我觉得墙里短线概率太低，附近的开关啦插座啦拆出来重新弄弄找到问题概率更高点

1. editor's reference letter is important. It is not enough if the letter
only verifies your experience as reviewer. 更重要的是要吹杂志本身，　吹你的
ACHIEVEMENT，　和你对杂志的贡献.
2. Journal's background. eg. IF, H factor, etc

另外一个电工朋友也是这么建议，但我已经都拆过看过了。没有头绪。
