如果我是12月底拿到学位，大家帮我看看这个timeline有没有问题，谢谢
12月20号 degree date
OPT submit deadline ： 12／20＋60day ＝2／20／2012前，ＵSCIS要收到我的EAD卡
申请
假设3个月process时间
OPT approve date 5／20／2012
这里有个问题，从我拿到degree到opt被approve之间这段时间（这样算有5个月！！）
，我的身份是什么？？？既没有OPT，也不是F1。。。。黑了？？？还是我的timeline
有误？
OPT approval之后90天内必须找到工作－－》 8／20／12
也就是说我如果今年底拿到学位，明年8／20前要拿到工作offer，这个理解对么？
另外一个问题就是，学校给的OPT申请步骤上，第一步是申请I-20 form for OPT
这个什么时候开始申请？11月底12月初？？？
很迷惑。。问题比较菜鸟。。请过来人解答下。。生怕弄错一步变成黑户。。

12/20 + 60 days = 2/18, not 2/20

数文章数影响因子，和米犹拿GDP给李克强打分是一样的。
中国真的成了世界第二科学强国吗？屁，实际连以色列也不如。
靠这些文章去拿诺贝尔奖吗？屁，10年后的诺贝尔奖其实现在就全部发表了，没有一篇
来自中国。

the latest start date will be 2/20/2012, so even if it is approved in May
2012, the valid date printed on the EAD will be around 220/2012 to 220/2013,
good for 9 more months. But your unemployment will counted from the
approval date in May 2012.
