Background:
Currently AP at top 50 Univ.
Field: Earth Science
Paper: 18 (8 first author)
Citation: 120+ (google scholar)
Review: 50+ for 20+ journals
Awards: three national awards
Letters: 8 (5 US + 1 EU + 1 JAPAN + 1 China; two deans + one dual acadamy member)
Timeline:
EB1b efiled on March 17
PP received on April 1
No updates on USCIS website since April 4 (It first showed "initial review"
and then became "PP received" and "acceptance" on April 4. Now it still
shows "acceptance")
I didn't receive any email notice but my HR officer received the following
email Saturday morning (April 9). Does that mean my case was approved? My
lawyed said he cannot confirm it unless he receives the hardcopy of approval
notice.
