收到一个审稿邀请（内容如下）。这篇文章投Nature某子刊悲剧后transfer到了Nature
Communications。我要顶替前面的一个审稿人来审这篇文章。这种情况下还能否提出
新的comments？编辑特别提到“I was wondering whether you might be interested
in looking at this revised manuscript and comment on whether Reviewer #1's
concerns were sufficiently addressed.”
“I'm writing to you with regards to a manuscript that was submitted to
Nature Communications. We received this manuscript as a transfer from Nature
XXX where it had been reviewed previously and rejected. The authors have
revised the manuscript based on the comments made there and submitted the
paper to us. Unfortunately, one of the original reviewers is not available
for re-review at this point and I was wondering whether you might be
interested in looking at this revised manuscript and comment on whether
Reviewer #1's concerns were sufficiently addressed. I have copied all of the
