We will be moving soon to another city and need to sell our house here. But
the market is not good. Plus we also don't have enough time to get the
house ready for sell. Is it a good idea to rent out the house for a few
years?
the house is 3500+ sqft so it's a house for family with kids. we are
worried that there won't be many people interested as those families would
probably prefer buying rather than renting.

thanks. we live in the midwest, not too much of a rental market but before
we purchased our house, we looked for renting and wasn't able to fine one.
so if there are people like that, we may have a chance to rent it out.
