既然IRS都能搞了，搞搞别的当然没什么了。我不对这个网站作推荐，只是介绍一种可
行的办法。有什么损失的话别找我。

我前年用的时候算的citi的卡算的purchase，所以我猜别的卡也没问题。最多刷10000
，不过不建议刷那么多，刷个几千意思一下就好。没有手续费。

下载表格，要求寄check，打印，签字，扫描，email发过去，然后一个星期就收到
check了。
优点：30天就能提出来，计算好时间都来得及还信用卡。没有手续费。
缺点：这个公司本身不如irs,amex啥的可靠，挺小的，被版上一搞估计就死了。然后是
投资账户，税务的问题自己处理。不交易的话应该没大问题，但帐户会不会被fxsol注
意到把钱冻住恶心你一下就不知道了。可能keep一两百刀交易一下不错，不过要是不熟
悉带杠杆的交易，不知道什么是stop/limit的话风险自负。

打算上EB3, 律师已经让manager准备job description了，想问下怎样才能最大限度阻
止收到简历又不增加audit几率？本人情况是加入现在的公司之前有1年10个半月 full-
time的工作，2个半月full-time internship, 2个月part-time internship. 有Master
学位。可以说要求BS/BE + 2 years experience， Or MS/PHD吗？谢谢！

需要用不同的cancer cell line做transfection，打算用便宜的Polyethylenimine做转
染试剂。请教大家知道有哪些比较好转染的cell line。
目前想做以下cancer type和自己了解的cell line,还请大家不吝赐教。谢谢。

你说的cell lines里用PEI只试过HepG2，不好转。
Hela其实很容易转染。

我的manager让我自己决定，怎样他都支持，他还让我跟律师确认下，不要盲目上EB3.
HR那边说是EB2才是正确的，不知道大公司的政策会不会影响到，还是manager提供EB3
的job description就行了，我问问律师看看可行性再说吧。

没有用过Polyethylenimine作transfection，不敢说。
MCF-7--难transfected,一般用Fugene，reporter的活性能检测到。
DU145--还可以。我们一般用lipofectamine 2000.
HepG2--不太好。lipofectamine2000或Ca++-DNA共沉淀的方法都能作，检测reporter基
因问题不大。
最容易的是293T。新大lipofectamine 3000的毒性比较小，你可以看看它的说明，似乎
对很多细都不错。

不同细胞是不一样的, 就是肺癌细胞也有好多种. 要看你的问题是什么才决定选什么
细胞.

谢谢大家回复，实验目的就是选择不同组织的肿瘤细胞系用来大规模筛选，假设是不同
的细胞系响应会不同。正在收集不同的cell line进行测试。

if I fund $2000 from citi AA visa, and when I want to withdraw a couple
