与上面这位一样，客服直接说可以100 off（没有请示supervisor）
但是给了个最终价格122.99
我说这个没道理，你们网站上才99.99，100 off不是免费吗
于是请示supervisor去了...
然后回来说他们看到的价格就是222.99，100 off之后就是122.99
好像说是因为现在我主线上有一个15% off的discount，所以价格会不一样
然后说你的朋友买的是不是900啊，100 off后900只要11.99...

This is bullshit, my entire family plan has a 20% discount because of

没有，不过我打算activate phone的时候再试试要一个。

you can keep trying, but i would say giving up
someone got a free one does not mean u can get a free one, this is not att
policy, LUCK is everything in this case.

又打了两次，客服在他们的系统里看到的价格都是一样的
所以估计free是没戏了

那有可能是你的acount有问题,不然别人upgrade都是$99，到你这就成了$222.
