初学免疫，有个疑问关于CD28。 CD28 确实是个很老的分子了。一些review或者
research article的intro部分直接一笔带过说CD28对T cell activation很重要。但是
仔细读文献发现CD28 CD4 T cell activation的重要性很清楚，但是对 CD8+ T cell
activation的重要性有争议，有正面有反面的证据。反面证据之一是CD28 KO mice对
LCMV有正常的CTL response，也可以reject allograft。希望专家出来解释一下现在主
流的观点，十分感谢！

ALL depends on how strong TCR stimulation is.
If stimulation is very strong, I guess lack of CD28 stimulation will not
affect CD8 T cell response so much, such as in LCMV infection.
if you stimulate CD8 T cells in vitro with low concentration of anti-CD3 and
without anti-CD28, you will see CD25, CD44 expression will be lower than
with anti-CD28. I guess if you stimulation with very high concentration of
anti-CD3, you will not see this difference.
