gel dock? 不好用啊，一次暴光十几分钟，分辨率还不好，噪点大，ccd还得冷却。而
且我通常暴光好几个片子选一个最好的。

我们用odyssey好久了，不知道现在有没有更好用的机器。

Odyssey is a scanner, it has slightly more utilities but takes forever. I
still like the camera system. The LAS4000 is pretty good, but is not for
sale anymore. GE now has LAS500, however, I don't know if is still as user
friendly. Sometimes the company screw up the update. The price is 18,000
online, so I guess you can get it cheaper. LAS600 cost more but more
functions.

我买了个$2000的，因为搭了个临时的暗房，里面没有Sink。就是要隔段时间自己换溶
液。

odyssey我们这也有，没几个人用，大家还是往暗房里钻。

我以前用过一个ccd camera系统，曝光时间长，我印象film 10秒，camera得3分钟，信
号都衰减了
现在这个实验室有个Bio RAD ChemiDoc MP Imaging System，也是camera，实验室的人
还是不愿意用来做Western Blot.

Most of my exposure is less than 10 sec. You do have to use Dura-reagent.
Also, camera system has way more dynamic range than film. I used film for 5
years. After the camera system (if you got a good one), I will never
switch back. Also, all films in tiff files, it is a lot easier to organize
and store.

我用了一年，还不错。不过，我的只是自己小实验室用。一周也就跑1-2次WB.
质量是没啥问题的。

可能我以前用的系统不好，ccd发热比较大，分辨率低，噪点大
好象是Fuji的系统，记不清了

我买了也是自己实验室用，developing fluid和fixing fluid也得用这个公司的吧？否
者容器不兼容？

Odyssey很好用，但是现在好像没有好的strip办法，一张膜用了再重复杂交的余地不多
，没有HRP能杂交“无数”蛋白。各有优点吧，我只是不喜欢钻到暗室里。

我还是喜欢胶片多一点，主要是可以直接贴在试验本里，很直观。胶片上还可以写写画

那你胶片还需要扫描成图像才能用来发表啊，还需要一台扫描仪，多一道手续。

大部分胶片都是摸条件的牺牲品，最后发表的也就那么几个。
不过的确是需要买那种专用的胶片扫描仪，一般的反射型的扫描仪不能用，而且越来越
难买到了价钱合理的型号了。
