Radio/OTA Opportunity
Job Description
1. Knowledge of applicable standards
• Knowledge and understanding of test requirements, including
but not limited to:
CTIA Test Plan for Mobile Station OTA Performance Revision 2.2.2
Operation of test equipment
• Complete radio 1 on 1 training prior to using any radio test
equipment for formal testing
• Be aware and adhere to of all the relevant safety and
environmental conditions for the test equipment and the EUT
• Perform confidence checks for various test setups and record
their results
2. Test preparation in accordance with radio test processes
• Knowledge of overall radio test process, including but not
limited to the Test Assessment Plan (TAP) process, report generation process
, report review process TAP
• Review TAPs submitted by project managers
• Ensure all relevant requirements are applied and will be
tested to
3. Test execution in accordance with Radio Corporate Specification
• Perform all testing in accordance with approved Cisco
Systems radio test procedures
• Perform radio testing manually and under software control
• Record measurement data and EUT information, including EUT
and setup photos
4. Test Report Generation
• Be able to write and review test reports.
